How will we use the personal data you give us when you register for a webinar or event?
We may also use third-party live translation and transcription services during certain in-person or virtual events and webinars to improve accessibility and support multilingual participation. These services may process live spoken audio from presenters and participants in real time to generate translated captions and/or audio translations, which will include any personal data included in the live spoken audio.
Where these services are used, attendees will be informed in advance as part of the event communications or at the event itself. The processing is limited to the provision of live translation and accessibility services in real time, will not be used by us or our third-party provider for any other purpose, and will not be stored.
